ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

At Ftfooties, operated by FURNITURE FOOTIES LLC, we understand that customers may occasionally need to cancel an order. The following policy explains the conditions under which cancellation requests are accepted while supporting efficient processing and shipment of all seed products.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.
If an order has been shipped or a tracking number has been issued, cancellation is no longer available.
Customers are encouraged to submit cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing the order to improve the likelihood of approval.
Orders marked as Final Sale or Non Cancellable are not eligible for cancellation.
Cancellation requests may also be declined if the order is already in transit or if irregular or suspected fraudulent activity is identified.

REQUEST PROCEDURE

To request a cancellation, please email info@ftfooties.com as soon as possible.
Include your order number and the reason for the request.
If the order has not yet shipped, we will review the request and provide confirmation within 1 business day.

REFUND PROCESS

Once cancellation is approved, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 2 business days.
The refunded amount generally appears in the original payment account within 5 days depending on your financial institution.
If the order has already shipped, customers should follow the instructions outlined in the Refund Policy after receiving the package.

ADDITIONAL NOTICE

Customers are encouraged to carefully verify all order details before completing payment.
If cancellation is requested due to duplicate orders or incorrect address information, please provide complete details to help us resolve the issue promptly.
FURNITURE FOOTIES LLC reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet the conditions stated above.
