All seed orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation
Weekends and public holidays are not included in processing time
During peak seasons promotions or special sales order preparation may take slightly longer
If a significant delay occurs customers will be notified by email as soon as possible

We work with trusted domestic carriers including

Orders are shipped using reliable shipping services to ensure dependable delivery
Estimated delivery time after shipment is 4 to 7 business days depending on destination and carrier operations
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control
Once your order ships a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow shipment progress
Shipping Area
We currently ship orders within the United States only
Shipping to United States territories and PO Box addresses is not available at this time
Shipping Fees
Orders over 50 USD qualify for free shipping
Orders under 50 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of 9.99 USD
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout
From time to time limited shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly displayed on the website
Delays and Carrier Issues
While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines delays may occur due to weather carrier disruptions or high volume shipping periods
Ftfooties is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
However we are happy to assist customers with tracking shipments and communicating with carriers when delivery issues arise
Packaging and Product Protection
All seed products are carefully packaged to preserve quality and reduce the risk of transit damage
If your order arrives damaged incorrect or incomplete please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will review your request and provide a replacement or appropriate solution according to our return and exchange policies.
