The item must be shipped back within 3 days after approval.

Once the returned seeds are received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days.
Please keep your return tracking number until the refund process is completed.
Requests submitted after 15 days or not following this policy may not qualify for a refund.
