Refund requests are accepted within 15 days of successful delivery when the following conditions are met
Seeds must be unopened unused and kept in original intact packaging
Items must not be custom made or marked as Final Sale
Seeds must not be damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
A full refund will be issued when the issue is caused by our responsibility including
Incorrect seed varieties sent
Seeds damaged upon arrival
Order fulfillment or shipping errors
How to Request a Refund

The refund will be returned to the original payment method within 5 days.

Once the returned seeds are received and inspected refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days
Shipping and Cost Responsibility
For customer initiated returns such as change of mind
Original shipping fees are non refundable
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
For issues caused by Ftfooties including product quality or shipping errors
All shipping costs including original and return shipping will be fully covered by us

Please keep your return tracking number until the refund process is completed
Requests submitted after 15 days or not following this policy may not qualify for a refund
Returned items that do not pass inspection may be deemed ineligible

When an Exchange Is Accepted

Seeds are damaged during transit
You receive the wrong seed variety or an incorrect quantity
Seeds arrive clearly defective or unusable upon delivery

Step Two Review and Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day
You will be informed whether the exchange is approved and if a return is required
Step Three Return if Required
If a return is needed a return address will be provided
Items must be shipped using a trackable shipping method
Step Four Replacement Shipment
Once returned seeds are received and inspected
A replacement will be shipped within 2 business days
Tracking information will be provided when the replacement is dispatched
Shipping Cost Responsibility
If the exchange is approved due to our error including damaged items or incorrect shipments
All shipping costs will be fully covered by Ftfooties
For other approved exchange reasons
Return shipping and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Packaging Guidelines
Please retain original packaging whenever possible
Seeds returned without proper protective packaging may be damaged during transit
Exchange requests may be declined if damage results from insufficient or improper packaging.
